    JORDAN HVAC DRIVES MARKET

    INTRODUCTION

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning are abbreviated as HVAC. The word HVAC refers to a full home comfort system that can heat and cool your house while also improving indoor air quality.

The fact that HVAC equipment moves air is crucial to understand. In general, there is a mechanism in place to transport warm air somewhere else, either into or out of the house.

The heat is captured or generated by the furnace, heat pump, and air conditioner in a home, and then moved around with the aid of the blower and ductwork.A drive is a place (medium) where data that cannot be removed easily, such a disc or disc, may be stored and read. All drives house the programmes and files that make up your computer.

A variable frequency drive is an electrical device used as a fan attachment to change the revolutions per minute (RPM) of an alternating current (AC) motor, according to the most used HVAC definition.

To change the system airflow, the VFD modifies the electrical power frequency provided to the motor.A variable frequency drive (VFD) is an electrical device that controls the rotation speed of an alternating current (AC) electric motor by varying the frequency of the electricity supplied to the motor.

    NEWS

Siemens signs a global agreement with Petra for digital building technology.A contract between Siemens and Petra Engineering Industries Company, a producer of HVAC equipment with clients in more than 40 countries, has been inked. Petra Engineering Industries Company is situated in Jordan.

In accordance with the deal, Siemens will supply Petra’s worldwide HVAC system production with hardware controllers, HVAC application software, building management supervisory software, field devices, and instrumentation.

This software is based on the controller and Desigo CC building management systems from Siemens and will be distributed and promoted by Petra across all of its markets as part of its OEM offering. The collaboration with Petra is Siemens’ second of its type.

Siemens Building Technologies supported plug-and-play integration for Petra’s equipment and tailored the software to the client’s needs. Siemens will further offer product support and possible software product development via the Desigo CC Application and Integration Centre, which helps OEMs like Petra both before and after the fact.

The first integrated building management platform, Desigo CC, covers the full range of building comfort systems (HVAC, room automation, energy efficiency), building safety and security (fire safety, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, evacuation, extinguishing, gas), and energy distribution in small to large buildings. Desigo CC establishes new norms for the industry thanks to its open protocols, cutting-edge technology, and extensive functionality. It is made possible by a simple user interface and integrated workflow management.

Building systems may be designed and operated with simplicity, and the efficiency of building operations is increased through a simple user interface and integrated workflow management.

The controller product line includes conventional and scalable control solutions that may be used in any OEM heating, ventilation, and air conditioning application. Siemens’ controller designs are built on years of HVAC control manufacturing experience and in-depth application knowledge.
