Vayyar has released an ultra-short and short-range imaging radar (uSRR/SRR) evaluation kit (EVK) for the development of ADAS and autonomous vehicle applications. The SRR EVK, which is based on Vayyar’s 4D MIMO Radar-on-Chip (RoC), contains a high-resolution point cloud, a very broad field-of-view (FoV) in both azimuth and elevation, no dead zones, and zero minimum distance.
As more scooters, bikes, and pedestrians take to the road, there is an increasing demand for ADAS and monitoring capabilities that can avert crashes, injuries, and deaths. Vayyar’s SRR EVK facilitates such application evaluation and development by providing a comprehensive radar hardware-software kit for rapid prototyping and testing.
