Anti Insect Net is a patented technology that integrates two methods or control of greenhouse strips and other insects. The dual protecting significantly reduces the number of pests entering the structure while maintaining adequate air flow.
Anti insect nets, as can be understood from the name, is a special type of mesh net that helps in protecting the crops from insects, pests, and rodents. It is to make sure that the crops are not damaged by any of these unwanted elements.
Made from polyester, polyethylene or polypropylene, bed nets create a protective barrier around the people sleeping beneath them. Mosquito nets keep bugs out best when pretreated with a pyrethroid insecticide.Insect nettings are of two types – fine mesh and ultra-fine mesh.
You should consider the type of insect your plants are up against when selecting any of the two. The ultra-fine mesh keeps out insects like onion flies and carrot flies. Fine mesh, on the other hand, keep out insects like Pieris rapae
Global agriculture anti- insect net system market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
Manufacturing A New Generation Of Mosquito Net.The Interceptor G2 mosquito net has been hailed by public health experts as a significant scientific breakthrough to combat malaria in areas where insecticide-resistant mosquitoes are causing cases to rise.
The Interceptor G2 nets are produced in two major steps. First, the untreated netting undergoes a textile process to coat it with a combination of the insecticides and a binder system.
Then the coated netting is cut and sewn by hand into either square or bell-shaped mosquito nets. Once the quality assurance team has checked each batch to make sure there are no holes, stains or bad seams and the nets are labelled, the finished nets are packed, sealed and stored in bales of typically 50 nets until they are ready for shipping.
