Because they are the fastest, most accurate, and most sophisticated type of lathe, computerised numerically controlled, or CNC, lathe machines are most frequently used.
A stunning final product or intricate element is produced with CNC lathes by gradually shearing away the material being processed.
In the CNC turning production process, material bars are rotated while being held in a chuck and fed with a tool to remove material until the required form is attained.
It is also referred to as “subtraction machining” since the desired shape is obtained by removing material. CNC lathes are machines in which the cutting tool is mounted and manipulated while the material or part is clamped and turned by the main spindle.
Using CNC lathes, the material or part is clamped and rotated by the main spindle while the cutting tool that cuts the material is installed and moved along several axes.
The Global CNC Lathe Machine market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
Two new machines, the JG 50 Vertical Machining Center and LF20C Twin G Twin Turret Chucker, were introduced by LMW Machine Tool Division, one of India’s finest CNC machine manufacturing companies, at INTECheld in Coimbatore.
The company is also known for its product quality, cutting-edge manufacturing facility, and machining solutions. It has 65 products and thousands of installations in the market.
The items on display at the company stall were created in accordance with the company’s policy of providing innovation and value additions for the end users of various market segments, such as automotive, pumps, valves, oil & gas, industrial machinery, die-mould, fittings, electrical, foundry & forging, etc.
The JG 50 is a compact, high-speed moving column vertical machining centre (VMC) with high productivity that is prepared to fulfil the demanding volume and accuracy standards of the contemporary industry.
The machine has undergone testing to ensure that its parts meet high-volume production requirements while meeting strict quality standards.
LMW presented 3 more new products at the show in addition to the 2 new machines. The first one was a J5 vertical machining centre, which can cut all kinds of materials, including inconel and aluminium, for sectors like automotive, aerospace, die & mould, etc.
Then, a cutting-edge, high-precision LL20MY L5 turn mill centre with four axes, which can also be used for gear hobbing and polygon turning, was displayed.
