There is no need for any computer or CNC knowledge.The control features automatic taper and radius grinding, as well as canned cycles for wheel dressing and grinding operations.

     

    Before grinding, the operator can use a graphic preview tool to check the wheel and diamond dresser paths on the screen. EZSURF has a traverse rate of 100 ipm on the vertical Y axis and crossfeed Z axis. The axis travels are ball screw-driven by DC digital servo drives.
