If we look at India as an example, where the central and the state governments have taken several issues over the recent years to boost the cold chain infrastructure and industry participation. Such as more than 300 cold chain projects being approved during 2019 and setting National Centre for Cold Chain Development (NCCD) which will help in promoting and developing cold chain storage according to the international standards and many more.
