For the automatic handling of folding pins on container waggons, a mobile autonomous robot with a gripper arm is currently being developed.
A straddle-type container handling waggon with twist locks for engaging corresponding bores of corner boxes of a container for collecting and depositing the container,
and wherein the twist locks are mounted in, or in direct connection to, a connection frame or a yoke and wherein the twist locks are mounted in a slide beam or a similar device, which is movable in the transverse or longitudinal direction of the container handling waggon
wherein the twist locks are placed in precise positions in relation to a container that is correspondingly rotated or displaced laterally in relation to the container handling waggon by moving the connection frame or yoke laterally and/or rotating in relation to the longitudinal direction of the container handling waggon.
The Global container wagon handling robot market accounted for $XX Billion in 2021 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2022 to 2030.
For your disposal requirements, Schwing Bioset provides both Container Wagons and the Augie Dumpster system. Both technologies provide low-maintenance, economical methods of automatically and evenly loading dumpsters.
The Container Wagon system is a rail-mounted unitized carrier that autonomously indexes itself through the loading cycle so that the dumpster is uniformly loaded using proximity and level sensors.
In order to remove the dumpster, the train system will then transport it to a special loading/unloading station. Unitized carriers offer operating safety by preventing potential skate-away incidents.
pauses at the end of the route to avoid overtravel circumstances. The two-rail design reduces floor obstructions to lessen housekeeping tasks.
Unlike overhead conveyor and gate systems, all maintenance supplies are conveniently located on grade. There are no overhead service working points. You can use any typical dumpster.
The Augie device fits over a typical rubbish and uses an internal hanging conveyor to disperse materials throughout the container evenly.
For an even loading distribution, the conveyor will move more material farther down the length of the dumpster to the next drop point as the material reaches the desired loading level.
The Augie keeps the dumpster covered while being transported and is a permanent fixture on it. Hinged unload door with a sealed and welded steel cover to control odor and water.
A leveling screw allows for the best container fill. An electrical level indicator to let you know when the trash container is full.
