A cordless rivet gun is a particular kind of instrument used to drive rivets. It is sometimes referred to as a rivet hammer or a pneumatic hammer.
A bucking bar is used to support the rivet tail while the rivet gun is utilized on the factory head, or the head that is already present before riveting.
The work and the rivet are forced up against the bucking bar by the force of the rivet gun’s hammer. The rivet’s tail is subsequently crushed and work-hardened as a result.
Between the rivet head and the flattened tail, the work is simultaneously drawn firmly together and held in place (now called the shop head, or buck-tail, to distinguish it from the factory head). The majority of riveting tools are pneumatically propelled.
The global cordless rivet gun market accounted for $XX Billion in 2021 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2022 to 2030.
Two new 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Rivet guns (XVR01 and XVR02) have been introduced by Makita Inc., a producer of top-notch professional equipment and accessories, for use in construction and assembly.
Power, speed, and convenience are all provided by the 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Rivet Tools for the task. With a 25mm stroke, the XVR01 sets most rivets in a single stroke and can put rivets up to 3/16″. With a 30 mm stroke, the XVR02 sets most rivets in a single stroke and can put rivets up to 1/4 “.
Both rivet pullers can remove rivets made of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. On the XVR01 and XVR02, the BLTM Brushless Motor produces pulling forces of 10 kN and 20 kN, respectively. The user can work in any orientation because the tools keep the rivet in place.
The container level can be easily seen through a transparent mandrel catch container. Handles with an ergonomic design boost comfort and lessen operator fatigue. The working area is illuminated by an integrated L.E.D. light.
