INTRODUCTION
Coupler High Lift trucks tip the entire trailer to discharge the cargo. It works well for moving and disposing of feed, scrap, and other materials. In a tractor-trailer, connecting the tractor to the trailer and the electricity to the payload is the coupling system’s main purpose. The fifth wheel and the trailer kingpin are the two most important parts of the coupling mechanism.
GLOBAL COUPLER HIGH LIFT TRUCK MARKET SIZE AND FORECAST
The Global Coupler High Lift Truck market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
Wider tyres, a five-piece guarding package, a Cat Fusion coupler, and a high-lift loader linkage are the four new choices available from Caterpillar for the 918M compact wheel loader.
The new high-lift loader linkage option is intended particularly for waste and recycling, agriculture, and construction uses that can profit from the loader linkage’s increased lift height and reach.
In comparison to the standard loader linkage equipped with a similar work tool interface, whether pin-on, IT (Integrated Tool Carrier) coupler, or ISO coupler, the freshly designed loader arm assembly can offer up to 10% more lift height and reach.
The bucket pin height of a 918M will exceed 13 ft., 5 in. if it is equipped with a high raise linkage and 20.5 tyres (4.1 m). Buyers of the 918M have three coupler options due to the inclusion of the Fusion Coupler System, developed by Caterpillar, on the option list.
The Fusion coupler uses an innovative constant pressure wedging mechanism to produce a tight, rattle-free fit with work tools. It is designed for maximum efficiency and long-term durability.
The patented locking system removes play, or the relative movement between the coupler and the work tool, and with it, the wear that can come from this movement.
The Fusion coupler is made to continuously exert hydraulic pressure on wedges, causing them to pull the work tool inward and downward, securing it to the coupler and boosting output. For work tool attachments that are interoperable with Fusion, the coupler is offered.
