This Crankshaft Balance Measuring Machine measures the imbalance quantity and direction (angle) by using electric micrometer and corrects the balance automatically.
The cleaning in done inside this machine before the measurement and after correcting the balance. The machine measures circularity, cylindricity, concentricity, pin stroke, pin phase, straightness and taper angle of each outer diameter of the crank shaft, and longitudinal length.
It is possible to print out the shape data such as roundness and cylindricity. Industrialization, driven by the growing demand for automotive and other machinery, is expected to lead the growth of the global automotive crankshaft market during the forecast period.
Technological innovations are playing an instrumental role in brightening the prospects of this market in the forecast period. Machined billet crankshafts are gaining popularity among high end sports cars, thus expected to drive the market.
Automotive Crankshaft companies are strengthening their position through mergers & acquisitions and continuously investing in research and development (R&D) activities to come up with solutions to cater to the changing requirements of customers.
The Global Crankshaft Balance Measuring Machine market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
Crankshaft Balance Measuring Machine The DD200/300 : NTC’s Revolutionary New Machine This new DD200 measures by first scanning the Crankshaft’s Counterweights using a laser to find the shape and size. T
hen it converts those measurements and compares them with the 3D drawings and future final balancing. Based off that information the position of the center is determined.
Look to the estimated graph to the right to see the comparison between our DD200 and the Traditional Balance Measuring Equipment.
There has been proven cases of overall mass reductions in Crankshafts because there were no longer a need to have that extra raw material to the crankshaft to compensate for re-balancing.
Has been proven to work very well with irregularly balanced crankshafts such as the L3, V6, and V8 because it does not need the actual weight or rotation in order to find the correct balance.
The DD200 is also able to factor in the weight that will be added in the engine to correct the balance by balance shafts, outer balancers, etc. into its calculation.
