Crushed Refined Soda (CRS) is sodium sesquicarbonate that is naturally occurring and is made by crushing and washing ore from Lake Magadi.
Na2CO3, NaHCO3, and H20 make up its chemical makeup. CRS is offered both wet with a four percentage surface moisture and dry with a one percentage surface moisture.
Typically, waste from soda ash factories that employ trona soda to make soda ash is produced in the form of crushed refined soda fines. To get rid of insoluble contaminants, trona soda is cleaned before being used to make soda ash.
Crushed refined soda fines slurry is the term for the effluent that is discharged from the washery overflow of a soda ash plant.
The source from whence the crushed refined soda was taken is once again filled with this fines-laden slurry of crushed refined soda. In its place, crushed refined soda fines are left after the liquid has been drained and are dried in the sun.
The crushed refined soda fines obtained in this way include a significant amount of contaminants and both sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate.
The crushed refined soda fines that are collected as trash from the soda ash plant are polluted with clay insolubles, organic matter, sodium fluoride, and have very coarse particle sizes, making them unsuitable for the creation of detergents.
More specifically, a technique for beneficiation finely crushed refined soda to make it appropriate for inclusion in a detergent composition.
In order to decrease the solid impurities present in the crushed refined soda fines, the procedure entails sifting the raw, crushed refined soda fines. After being acquired with a reduced level of contaminants, the crushed refined soda fines are subsequently dried to remove any remaining moisture.
After drying, the crushed refined soda fines are ground to produce beneficiated crushed refined soda fines that can be used in the creation of detergents.
The Global crushed refined soda market accounted for $XX Billion in 2021 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2022 to 2030.

It has historically been utilised in numerous other purposes in addition to producing natural soda ash. Sales from the battery manufacturing industry have recently increased positively in South Africa, Kenya, and Uganda.
The TCML website and its brochures explaining the many CRS applications have been updated. As the prospective clients engaged the TCLM team on technical data and specs, this has continued to garner excellent feedback. Customers that provide comments on the quality of the product continue to receive product samples.
