    People recognised the need for a better machine for the construction of roads, airports, and highways after observing the concrete breakers that were currently in use.

     

    The Multi-Hammer system consists of a portion of a Caterpillar OEM Solutions machine that is integrated with hydraulically activated 1200-lb hammers that are arranged in 10- and 12-ft broad arrays and use powerful impacts to shatter concrete. This machine is exceptional in the field thanks to its capacity to release hammers sequentially, in groups, or simultaneously. 

     

    The tools land on the concrete surface after falling from four different heights. In accordance with the application and the thickness of the concrete, the computer-controlled hydraulics in the Multi-Hammer Processor can elevate the hammers to various heights as needed.

     

    There are numerous configuration choices for the machine’s hammer heads that are included in the fundamental operation of the concrete-breaking device. A 16-button panel is available to the user.
