Frameless BLDC motors are a lightweight, compact option for robotics and automation applications that need low inertia, high efficiency, and great torque density. These motors provide exceptional design flexibility and are simple to integrate into a wide range of applications.
Brushless frameless DC motors are exceptional and useful in a variety of applications. Small, compact machines that demand accuracy and greater torque density may be powered by frameless BLDC motors more readily.
The Global Frameless Brushless DC Motor market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
New 115 mm frameless BLDC motors deliver dynamic performance.Delta Line has introduced two 115 mm frameless BLDC motor designs as part of its ongoing efforts to broaden its market-leading portfolio of motion control solutions.
These new 115 mm motors, produced by our company Fulling Motor, offer a wide range of options for OEMs and users who need a compact, high-power motor that can provide smooth motion, high efficiency, and simple integration into their assembly.
The new 115BLF25 and 115BLF50 motors both have 115 mm outside diameters. The 115BLF25 motor is only 39 mm long, has a rated torque of 3.9 Nm at the rated speed of 1400 rpm, and has a maximum torque output of 17.1 Nm. The 115BLF50 motor is only 68 mm long and has a 9.51 Nm torque rating at 620 rpm, with a 31.4 Nm peak torque.
These new 115 mm motors, like Delta Line’s size 50, 70, and 85 mm frameless BLDC motors, were created to be as light and inert as possible, making them perfect for dynamic motions with high acceleration and deceleration rates. Additionally, a single-piece winding is used in the 115 mm motors for easier production and greater dependability.
The new size 115 frameless BLDC motors are ideally suited for applications like handheld tools and medical equipment where high torque, efficiency, and compact size are crucial. They were created to satisfy the space and performance requirements of robot joints.
The frameless form of these motors makes it simple to incorporate them directly into a machine or device, maximising overall efficiency while minimising footprint.
