    A new iteration of the FCmove fuel cell module for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses, and other vehicles is being released by Ballard Power Systems. Known as FCmove-HD+, the new 100 kW module.

     

    Compared to the previous 100 kW module, the new one is over 40% more compact and over 30% lighter. In addition, it costs less and only requires half as many parts.

     

    The new module from the Canadian fuel cell technology company is made to fit into vehicles more quickly. The module can be used for truck and bus applications because it is designed for engine bay and rooftop layouts.
