    Control circuits can be easily interfaced with using a straightforward STEP/DIR interface. The motor can be configured using pins in full-step or 1/32-step modes. Smart tuning, slow decay, fast decay, and mixed decay can all be used with the adjustable decay mode.

     

    You can also choose the PWM current chopping off-time. Internal circuitry is disabled in a low-power sleep mode to achieve extremely low quiescent current flow. An exclusive n SLEEP pin can be used to configure this sleep mode.

     

    For UVLO, overcurrent, short circuit, and overtemperature protection, internal protective features are offered. A n FAULT pin serves as a fault condition indicator.
