    The transaction’s terms aren’t known. Siemens’ Xcelerator portfolio already includes proFPGA technology as part of its range of electronic design automation (EDA) integrated circuit (IC) verification products, thanks to a previous OEM partnership.

     

     Siemens can further integrate and improve the scalable, high-performance prototyping platform by bringing the proFPGA technology and team in-house.
