    Seiko Instruments launches internal grinding machine with improved workability – Seiko Instruments, which manufactures precision parts and electronic parts, has launched the space-saving CNC internal grinder “STG-3NX” that enables high-precision and high-efficiency machining.


    The STG-3NX is the successor model to the small internal grinder “STG-3N” with a chuck size of 3 inches and 4 inches. While inheriting the high rigidity and low center of gravity structure of STG-3N, the stroke of the headstock table and the space inside the machine have been expanded, making it easier to attach / detach workpieces and perform on-machine measurements.


    The grinder is equipped with an original high-frequency spindle “H series” with high output and high rigidity. The size of the workpiece that can be machined is a maximum outer diameter of 95 x width of 40 mm.
