    This hot fluid exits the engine and enters the radiator, where it is cooled by air flowing through the radiator grill of the vehicle. After cooling as it travels through the radiator, the fluid will return to the engine where it will pick up further engine heat and carry it away.


    Between the radiator and the engine is a thermostat. The thermostat controls how the liquid behaves in relation to temperature. The solution avoids the radiator and is sent back to the engine block if the fluid temperature falls below a specified point. When the coolant reaches a specific temperature, the thermostat’s valve opens, enabling the coolant to flow once more through the radiator for cooling.

    In order to enter the market for data center cooling, ST Engineering has announced the release of their new Airbitat DC Cooling System. The Airbitat DC Cooling System, a creation of its Urban Environment Solutions (UES) division, offers robust pre-cooling for tropical data centers while achieving yearly net energy savings of more than 20% compared to traditional chiller systems alone.


    Data from UES’ live system data, eight years of engineering and R&D, and its patented evaporative cooling technology support the claim that the Airbitat DC Cooling System helps data centers achieve a targeted Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of below 1.3.

The brand-new, patented Delta3 cooling system from Aligned only needs 20% of the energy that typical data center cooling systems use. With 25% more cooling capacity, it also performs better than technology of the current generation.
