These procedures call for the placement of the ore in sizable tanks or vats filled with leaching solutions. Metals are extracted from their ores using these procedures. Leaching Method Release of solid material components into a contacting water phase is known as leaching.
Tank and vat leaching is the process of putting ore into sizable tanks or vats with a leaching solution under ambient working conditions, usually after the ore has been reduced in size and classified.
Classified solids are already combined with water to create a slurry or pulp for tank leaching the ground, and this is then pumped into the tanks.
To start the leaching reaction, reagents for leaching are applied to the tanks. The slurry will then either overflow from one tank to the next or be pumped to the following tank in a continuous system.

APT’s TriTanks may not have such a significant influence on humanity, but they will have one on the gold leaching sector of the minerals processing sector.
Purely from the outside, there are advantages that are clear: When six triangular or sectorial tanks are stacked in a hexagon, the footprint is 27% smaller than when six circular tanks of the same volume are stacked in a hexagon.
