    GLOBAL MODULAR UPLINK SYSTEMS MARKET

    INTRODUCTION

In essence, a modular uplink is an external module that can be inserted into the 9300. An integrated port that you cannot remove is a fixed uplink.

Stackable system components that are made to fit inside conventional transmission and uplink control racks provide real-time encoder redundancy switchover and uplink redundancy switchover independent of the existence of a BNC controller.

    NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH

From programmers and content creators to their service provider clients, the CommScope Modular Uplink System offers a full solution for the safe development, transmission, and delivery of video services over satellite networks. Video over fibre networks can likewise be securely delivered using this technology.

Broadcast Network Controller (BNC), which manages conditional access authorization for the downlink commercial IRD as well as all uplink equipment configuration and monitoring.

Transport Multiplexer TMX-2010, supports Newtec Turbo8PSK, DVB-S2/S2X, and RE/FPM DCII QPSK modulators in addition to Newtec DVB-S2/S2X modulators.

CommScope IRDs, including historical models, are supported. The full range of services provided by CommScope Professional Services to support programmers’ networks includes modular uplink, installation, upgrade, reconfiguration, system integration, and validation services.

The 5G Sub-6GHz and mmWave module FX170(W) series is introduced by Fibocom, a leading global provider of IoT (Internet of Things) wireless solutions and wireless communication modules. Additionally, the 5G modules support Power Class 1.5 (PC1.5) HPUE, which enhances uplink performance by accelerating uplink speed and extending uplink coverage.

    RECENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

By fusing the ease of use of the Meraki dashboard with strong switching technology, the Meraki MS390 addresses the most demanding enterprise applications.

The MS390 offers multigigabit ports, 480G stacking, and modular 10/40G uplinks to accommodate high-bandwidth applications and the installation of high-speed 802.11ax/wifi-6 access points. With StackPower and quick stack convergence, the MS390 provides resilience.

In order to provide scalable security, the MS390 offers Adaptive Policy employing an over-the-wire tag that divides traffic into security groups.

To offer a straightforward, effective solution to the most demanding wired access applications, the MS390 is integrated under the Meraki dashboard.

To divide traffic using Security Groups, Adaptive Policy offers straightforward and scalable security policies. The dashboard allows users to create security groups by typing terms like “IoT device” and “Guest” into the field provided.

The traffic for each group is then segmented based on the security policy intent (for example, Permit or Deny) that is then easily supplied across Security Groups.

Compared to old IP-address-based Access Control Lists, Adaptive Policy makes security policy management simple and scalable, giving operators the ability to safely secure their network traffic regardless of future network changes.

Power is shared and distributed among MS390s utilizing a network of StackPower cables, allowing for quick and reliable power distribution throughout the stack.
