WestRock’s new tens of thousands of square foot corrugated box plant in Longview, Washington, was officially opened by Clayco, a full-service, turnkey real estate, architecture, engineering, design-build, and construction company.
This is the first time Clayco and WestRock have worked together, and it’s situated just outside the Vancouver, Washington urban region. The new structure, designed by JB2 Partners and owned by an investment fund run by ElmTree Funds, will house a WestRock corrugated manufacturing facility.
When production starts in the fall of this year, it will result in the creation of several jobs in Longview, Washington. The single-story, concrete tilt-up manufacturing plant will be situated on many acres and have a clearance height.
