From the annealed temper, the alloy can be easily shaped and even deep drawn. Before heat treatment, cold-rolled tempers may be blanked and folded as long as the thickness to radius ratio is close to 2.0.

 

For maximum strength, a heat treatment at 925°F for two hours is ideal. The material can be bonded using silver brazing, soldering, or traditional TIG techniques.
