INTRODUCTION
The Phosphate Analyzer offers a wide measurement range for a variety of wastewater applications, is environmentally regulated for tough, outdoor installations, and includes a fully functional “Plug & Play” digital controller. The probe is also fitted with a self-cleaning membrane, making maintenance minimal.
It is specifically designed for simple installation at the measuring location. Get quick responses—5 minutes—that also account for sample preparation. Daily automatic calibration and cleaning with thorough self-diagnostics. easy accessibility to worn parts and reagents.
GLOBAL PHOSPHATE ANALYZER MARKET SIZE AND FORECAST
The Global Phosphate Analyzer Market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
The ECD’s CA-6 Model Total Phosphate Analyzer is an online sequential sample analyzer that uses colorimetric methods to execute a series of sampling, analysis, and result processing. In order to measure tiny levels of analyte in water, a heated colorimetric cell and an LED light source were used in the measurement.
The two independent portions of the colorimetric analyzer’s assembly have two lockable doors. The LIQUIDS section is located at the bottom. It encompasses all of the elements involved in the sample and reagent flow, mixing, and reaction stages. (sampling pump, colorimetric reaction cell, reagents micro pumps,..).
Depending on the accessories and the quantity of micro pumps mounted in the Liquid Section, several analytical setups can be configured.
The electrical enclosure is located on the upper section. The controller PCB assembly, the main power supply, and the touch screen interface are all included.
The following would be the framework of a typical analysis program for the Model CA-6 Total Phosphate Analyzer: Take a sample, rinse the colorimetric reaction cell with the sample solution, add one or more reagents, such as a buffer or masking agent, and then perform the reference measurement, which is the initial measurement.
The Reference measurement removes interfering elements including sample color and turbidity, reagent color from other sources, and variations in refractive index.
The color-producing reagent(s) are applied after the reference reading. Prior to performing the second measurement, the Reading measurement, the sample is mixed and given time to finish the color-forming reactions.
