    Evonik launches three new photopolymers INFINAM for 3D printing. Evonik is continuing its 3D printing material campaign. Three new INFINAM® photopolymers are being introduced by the speciality chemicals company for use in industrial 3D applications, expanding the product line of photo-resins that was introduced last year for use in popular UV-curing 3D printing technologies like SLA or DLP.


    In less than two years, Evonik has diversified the additive manufacturing material landscape with a total of seven new photopolymer formulations. The portfolio of INFINAM photopolymer increased.


    Seven new 3D printing formulations in under two years attest to a high level of innovation. Product debut at Frankfurt am Main’s Form next trade show. Specially designed for DLP printers, INFINAM  RG 7100 L enables the production of parts with isotropic characteristics and low moisture absorption.


    The mechanical characteristics are comparable to those of an ABS material, and high throughput printer systems can also use the formulation in black. The printed components have exquisite qualities like glossy, smooth surfaces, which makes the new photopolymer perfect for challenging design visualizations.
