The DZS Saber-4400 platform was introduced by DZS. It supports the industry's lowest form factor multi-degree CDC Flex-Grid ROADM[5] and provides up to 400 Gbps per wavelength.

 

The advanced SDN (software-defined networking) flexibility provided by these new ROADM modules improves network scalability and flexibility. They create a new strategic capability at the network edge and broaden the deployment window for ROADMs.

 

The NeoPhotonics CFP2-DCO module's high-output-power variant facilitates longer-distance transmission in ROADM-based optical networks.

 

The Bright 400ZR+ QSFP-DD modules from Acacia Communications enable the expansion of service provider network environments by extending the applications of 400G coherent pluggables to brownfield and greenfield metro/regional networks with ROADM nodes.
