Aeroportos de Portugal (ANA) and Galp have launched a new agreement to build the nation's biggest ultra-fast charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EV). The "Ultrafast Charging Hub" will be situated in the Parque da Nora parking garage on Airport of Lisbon's Rua C. It will charge the battery from twenty percent to eighty percent depending on the type of vehicle in fifteen min. The construction of EV charging stations at the airport and nearby areas serves the objective of decarbonizing the entire mobility chain, according to VINCI Airports, the concessionaire for ANA.
