    The Toshiba RC100 series of NVMe SSDs are designed to offer high performance, reliability, and durability for a variety of applications.

     

    The series is equipped with Toshiba’s latest 3D TLC NAND flash memory, which provides up to 1TB of storage capacity and up to 3.2GB/s of sequential read performance.

     

    The drives are also equipped with Toshiba’s proprietary TC358790 controller and a PCIe 3.0 x4 interface. The drives feature a robust design with a lightweight aluminum body, a low power draw, and a MTBF of up to 1.5 million hours.
