The company’s Qormino CPUs pair well with the memory, which is also compatible with the majority of processors, SoCs, and FPGAs from other manufacturers.

     

    These DDR4s underwent radiation testing and characterization, which revealed that their SEL threshold is higher than 60MeV.cm2/mg. They have SEU and SEFI data that is greater than 60MeV.cm2/mg and have shown resistance to 100krad DID.

     

    The DDR4s can be ordered up to NASA Level 1 and in industrial temperature ranges of -40C to 105C and defense temperature ranges of -55C to 125C.  This will allow for the consideration of a wider range of potential applications.
