Global Toroidal Conductivity Sensor Market 2024-2030

    In Stock

Two wire wound toroids housed in a plastic housing make up a toroidal conductivity sensor. One of the toroids responds to an alternating voltage by causing an ionic current to flow through the solution surrounding the sensor. Toroidal conductivity measures how conductive the solution is by using a reception coil and a transmission coil.

The total quantity of free ions in the water will impact both the conductivity readings and the strength of the current. The conductivity of the water will rise when there are a lot of free ions present.

Because toroidal sensors don’t polarise the solution, don’t become fouled up, and almost ever need maintenance, they differ from contact conductivity in terms of conductivity. Toroidal sensors are thought by many to be the most useful instruments for determining the conductivity of water, even if both alternatives have their benefits.

The global Toroidal Conductivity Sensor market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.

The TCSP series PEEK Toroidal Conductivity Sensors, a dependable, chemical-resistant sensor, is the newest industrial water testing product from Sensorex Inc. The new TCSP series toroidal conductivity sensors have a measurement range of up to 2,000 mS and were created to be utilised with severe chemicals or corrosive components.

This innovative device is adaptable and offers uses in a variety of situations where traditional contacting conductivity sensors would be damaged. The sensor can be utilised in corrosive chemical solutions and at temperatures as high as 266 degrees Fahrenheit thanks to the PEEK material that makes up its body.

The TCSP toroidal (inductive) conductivity sensors from Sensorex offer a broad measuring range and robust toroidal technology spanning the range of 0-2000 ms/cm. The TCSP3020 is built for a trouble-free and extended service life and is resistant to corrosion, coatings, and fouling typical of contacting conductivity sensors.

The usual building material is PEEK, which can withstand a wide range of solvents and temperatures up to 130 degrees Celsius. The 3/4″ MNPT for submersion installation is a characteristic of the TCSP Models. The sensor has a PT1000 RTD temperature element built in.

All TCSP sensor versions come with a choice of a 9-conductor wire that is 10 or 20 feet long. Available lengths can be changed. Choose from versions that can be used with our EX2000RS, TCSMA, or TCSTX transmitters or that can be converted to MODBUS output with our SSRE remote electronics.
