    The Turkish electric vehicle maker Tog and the Chinese battery company Farai’s Energy have formed a joint venture named Siro with which they will each own a 50 percent stake. The batteries utilized in the complete line of Tog products will be developed and produced by Siro.

     

    A memorandum of agreement between Farai’s Energy and Tog to develop the specifics of a strategic partnership was previously signed. It has become evident that Tog will rely on cells from Farai’s Energy and that the Chinese will also operate as Tog’s partner for the battery assembly.
