The PI3DPX1207Q offers a transparent, protocol-neutral ReDriver capability for a variety of automotive applications, such as infotainment systems and cluster display panels, and it supports 8.1Gbps DP1.4 and the 10Gbps USB 3.2 requirements. 

 

The PI3DPX1207Q is a part of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc's (a division of Qualcomm Incorporated) Qualcomm Snapdragon Automotive Development Platform (ADP) for infotainment applications.

 

The Qualcomm Snapdragon Automotive Cockpit Platform, the third iteration, serves as the foundation for the Snapdragon ADP. For up to 8k display resolutions, the DP-Alt ReDriver provides extremely low latency and outstanding signal integrity characteristics while being completely transparent to channel link training.

 

Equalisation, gain, and output swing may all be adjusted for each of the four 4-to-4 linear differential channels via I2C commands. Controls additionally include intersymbol interference jitter removal and signal integrity settings adjustment for compensating.

 

A DisplayPort power down signal or a power-down instruction sent over the I2C interface can be detected by an integrated AUX switch and AUX listener.The PI3DPX1207Q is made in IATF16949-certified facilities and is offered in a 42-TQFN package. It supports PPAP documentation.
