The Chassis level Sensor (CPS) is an angular sensor in its second generation, with its first SOP. It leverages prior Ride Height and Pedal Angle Sensors’ experience and knowledge to create this innovative design. The angular Hall IC has a great resistance to external magnetic fields and a 360° measurement range.
This range can be programmed to meet the needs of the customer, for example, 4 x 90°. The signal may be analogue, PWM, or PSI5. Furthermore, the 2nd generation supports the ASIL A safety compliance, which is complimented by its design feature of totally separating the electronics from the mechanics. This design also provides for a lower component count and weight.
The Global chassis level sensor market accounted for $XX Billion in 2021 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2022 to 2030.
CTS corp’s rotating sensor technology is used to detect the height of a vehicle’s chassis. The position of the control arms in relation to the vehicle’s frame or body is measured by chassis height sensors.
This data is used by technologies like headlight levelling and real-time dampening. They can accommodate a variety of mounting angles, challenging packing, and robust sealing necessary for under chassis applications due to our experience and competence in this area.
It can package one of generic, tooled-for-sale sensors or design a custom product that is tailored to ones application using a global team of application engineers. Performance and dependability in harsh settings have been demonstrated. Application integration expertise. There are both customised and conventional options available.
PWM, Analogue, PSI 5, and other electrical connections are available.Electronics sealing that is best in class: No need for pottingSpring return is optional.
