Realme has revealed a new compact wireless charging system dubbed the MagDart that delivers portable magnetic wireless charging to smartphones that can use the MagDart gadgets to magnetically charge Realme smartphones that are compatible. The first product to use MagDart technology for wireless charging will be the Realme GT.
To do this, the business will introduce a MagDart cover, which will enable compact wireless charging for the Realme GT and possibly other compatible smartphones in the future. The MagDart case is a carbon fiber bumper case that contains a passthrough for the USB-C connection and the 3.5mm connector in addition to the wireless charging module in the middle.
A 50W MagDart charger, which is large and has an integrated fan to reduce heat build up when charging, is the device that powers this technology. It is advertised as the world’s quickest magnetic wireless phone charger and is capable of charging a 4,500mAh battery to 100% in under an hour.
The performance is comparable to the wired 50W SuperDart charger seen on the Realme. However, because of its size, it might not be as convenient for commuting or traveling.
