Clear, two-part polyurethane resins known as “doming resins” are used to dome or enclose a wide range of objects. Eli-Dome is a UV stable, water transparent resin that offers a glassy gloss. The doming resin’s surface tension causes it to try to finish uniformly.
A thinner viscosity is blended with casting resin. These resins are intended to be poured into a container for the resin. This could be a place to create a resin river table or resin moulds.
To help preserve labels, decals, signs, covers, electronics, and other media, transparent polyurethane doming resin is used on pressure-sensitive vinyl, metal, plastic, rubber, glass, carbon fibre, solar panels, and many other media. Our two-part resin has optical clarity and won’t deteriorate in the sun.
The material takes 24 hours to fully cure at the ideal room temperature and humidity (21°C @ 35% RH). In 4-6 hours, it will be touch dry, enabling you to remove the labels and reapply them to your goods.
The global Doming Resin market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
New Resin Doming Systems are released by Liquid Lens for the promotional product sector.
With the introduction of cutting-edge new print>cut>dome equipment geared at assisting small businesses with the decoration and personalization of promotional products, Liquid Lens is going back to its roots from years ago.
Having been founded twenty years ago, Liquid Lens last year separated from the confectionery division of the company, now called as The Sweet People, to once again concentrate on desktop doming equipment for promotional products and personalization.
According to the MD of Liquid Lens, they like the doming industry and have been motivated by hundreds of business people who have come up with innovative ways to use their resin doming systems in the promotional, award, badge, labelling, and jewellery-making sectors.
After splitting from The Sweet People, Liquid Lens significantly increased its investment in the company and started working on developing new desktop doming machinery.
The new curing oven and desktop doming machine run on electricity instead of pneumatics, which makes them perfect for low to medium runs of a variety of promotional products, including luggage tags, key rings, tape measures, USB sticks, coasters, headphone cases, spinners, electronic items, and customised chocolate boxes.
