GLOBAL DUAL GAS SENSOR MARKET
INTRODUCTION
The usage of two intelligent sensors, such as electrochemical, catalytic bead, infrared, and photoionization sensors, is supported by dual gas detectors. The cutting-edge SenSmart 6900 gas detector features an RS-485 remote sensor option with a range of up to 4000 feet and is constructed with our tried-and-true “ST-44” transmitter.
One of the most crucial tools for detecting poisonous gases, the gas sensor offers a crucial way to track the concentration and environmental data of gas in order to ensure the safety of production. HVAC and indoor air quality industries use gas sensors. Indoor air quality, medical and life sciences, aerospace, industrial applications, and agriculture are other well-known industries that use gas sensor technologies for monitoring.
GLOBAL DUAL GAS SENSOR MARKET SIZE AND FORECAST
The Global Dual Gas Sensor market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
GLOBAL DUAL GAS SENSOR MARKET NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
Crowcon releases the Gas-Pro TK, a portable monitor with dual range. To complement its highly regarded Gas-Pro line, Crowcon Detection Instruments has introduced a new dual range portable monitor. For use in specialised inerted tank environments to monitor levels of combustible gases and oxygen, Gas-Pro TK was created.
A situation when conventional gas detectors won’t function. For the specialised application of monitoring inerted tank spaces during purging or gas liberating, they have developed the new Gas-Pro TK instrument. It allows users to keep an eye on the gas mixture in combustible gas tanks while they are being transported at sea or on land, including oil tankers and oil storage stations.
Gas-Pro TK is up to six times lighter than comparable monitors for this use at 340g, which is advantageous if you have to carry it around all day. In Tank Check mode, the Crowcon Gas-Pro TK (formerly Tank-Pro) tracks oxygen and combustible gas concentrations to make sure that an unsafe mixture is not growing.
With the use of dual IR sensor technology, it can identify a range of potential flammable gas concentrations, from high%vol to low%LEL. Without the user’s input, the gadget auto-ranges, moving between %vol and %LEL as the gas concentration necessitates, and tells them as it does so.
In contrast to catalytic bead sensors, which are completely inappropriate for this application, the dual IR of this detector is not inhibited by high concentrations and does not require oxygen to function. There are calibrated methane, propane, and butane versions of the Gas-Pro TK.
The requirements of the majority of industrial situations are met by Gas-Pro TK’s IP65 and IP67 ingress protection. It is a useful instrument for tank monitoring on ships and comes with optional MED certifications. The High H2S Sensor option enables users to evaluate potential risks from pyrophoric as well as the possibility that gases would vent during purging. Users who choose this option can monitor throughout the range of 0-100 or 0-1000 ppm.
