Compact equipment, such as compact wheel loaders or dumpers, are the target audience for this architecture.

 

Each 4 x 4 machine requires the use of two electric axles (e-axles), which can provide both the best possible vehicle installation space (ideal for large battery packs) and extremely effective performance, such as torque vectoring between the two e-axles and best in class energy management in any working environment.

 

The sizing and selection of all Powertrain System modules are included in Carraro's competencies for the e-Powertrain in addition to the traditional driveline design, in order to provide a comprehensive and optimal solution for the vehicle OEM.
