A four-wheeled human-powered land vehicle is called a quadracycle. Among other names, it is also known as a quadricycle, quadricycle, pedal vehicle, or four-wheeled bicycle.
Touring quadricycles are made to be lighter and faster than rental surreys and are made primarily for the personal ownership market. They typically have side-by-side seating for one or two individuals with autonomous pedalling and gear selection.
