    nVent Electric plc, a worldwide leader in electrical connection and protection solutions, announced the opening of a new Equipment and Electrical Protection Solutions plant in Bidadi, a town in the Indian state of Karnataka.

     

    With a present plant in Bangalore, nVent’s new facility will manufacture two key enclosure brands, HOFFMAN and SCHROFF.

     

    The nVent site has a huge production area as well as a spacious office area for our support staff.

     

    Over 100 nVent personnel will work there.

     

    As we expand, nVent intends to provide career opportunities in both Operations and Sales across the country.

     

    The factory will produce shielded and ruggedized cabinets in mild steel and stainless steel, as well as wall-mount, bayed, and free-standing enclosures.

     

    The factory will also manufacture server and colocation cabinets for data centres and IT infrastructure, as well as multipurpose electronics cabinets and cabinets for electromechanical parts and accessories.
