Electronic components are intended to be connected together, usually by soldering to a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), to form an electronic circuit with a specific function (for example an amplifier, radio receiver, oscillator, wireless). Electronic component testing is a process that determines whether or not the components are functioning properly in or out of the circuit.
The steps of the testing process differ from component to component. Electronic Component Testing The first thing to look for is continuity. This determines whether electricity can flow through the component. The next thing to test for is resistance. Checking voltage and the force of electric pressure, like testing for resistance, requires a multimeter.
The Global Electronic Component Inspection system market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
JUKI Introduces the New RV-2-3DH 3D Visual Inspection Machine JUKI introduced the RV-2-3DH 3D visual inspection machine earlier this December as a 3D high-speed evolving new model for the RV series, which is distributed to electronics companies all over the world.
They can improve productivity, quality, and SMT line efficiencies by increasing the speed and precision of inspections and measurements throughout the SMD mounting and reflow process. The RV-2-3DH is Juki's latest imaging system for inspecting printed circuit boards during manufacturing and both before and after soldering.
This new 3D SMD measurement system is highly repeatable and has the measurement accuracy required to quickly eliminate defective SMD part mounting and soldering processes, preventing defective board manufacturing from continuing.
A high-resolution lens enhances test inspection and measurement precision. The optional high-resolution 5m lens allows for the inspection of next-generation mainstream 0.20.1mm-size SMD components. Even in high-density, narrow-neighbour SMT mounting conditions, super high-precision inspection is possible.
The RV-2-3DH allows them to create programmes in two modes: template mode and process mode. 'Template mode' allows for one-click programme creation, greatly reducing data creation time.
The Advanced 'Process Mode' option allows you to freely edit and configure internal algorithms, giving them the flexibility to respond to custom inspection requirements, make precision measurements for special components, and deploy special inspection algorithms.
