INTRODUCTION

The results of the thermal-fluid simulation were then verified by conducting battery pack temperature experiments on a bench and in a car, using the StarCCM+ software. The findings show that the temperature and temperature differential within the cell may be maintained within a desirable range.

Comparing the new Technyl Blue D 218CR V50 grade for injection moulding to specialised polymers like polyphthalamide (PPA) and polyphenylene sulphide results in a total cost decrease (PPS).

 

For applications such as thermostat housings and water pumps, it offers high mechanical strength, design flexibility, excellent surface aspect, and ease of processing. Additionally important characteristics of the grades are dimensional stability at high temperatures and coolant and salt resistance.
