    EV LAMINATED BUSBAR MARKET

    INTRODUCTION

Laminated busbars are the final products created by assembling many layers of conductor metals, often copper or aluminium. Paper-thin layers of dielectric material are used to separate these metal layers. An insulator separates an electric conductor and ground plane to form a busbar. It may be created as a component with a single layer or with many layers, circuit routes for both signal and power distribution included.

An insulator separates an electric conductor and ground plane to form a busbar. It may be created as a component with a single layer or with many layers, circuit routes for both signal and power distribution included. Contrary to conventional busbars, laminated busbars have all of their internal parts fused into their frame during pre-assembly, creating a strong and small construction. Vibration breakdowns and wiring mistakes are quite unlikely. Low heat dissipation is another advantage of laminated busbars.
