Customers are constantly under pressure to offer consistent print results faster and more efficiently. XSYS has introduced the nyloflex FTV Digital, the latest plate innovation for printing high-end flexible packaging.

 

Furthermore, the new plate does not necessitate any adjustments to current solvent digital washout processing equipment or any additional costs for auxiliaries or consumables.

 

Higher OEE can be achieved in the print room thanks to its AIF (anti-ink filling) technology for longer and cleaner print runs with solvent-based inks. 

 

Because the new formulation is less prone to plate swelling, it also results in less plate waste and longer press endurance.

 

Because of the 1:1 image transfer on the plate, it achieves high uniformity and outstanding reproducibility, making it suited for optional surface screens.

 

The new plate is suited for wide gamut printing and performs particularly well with ThermoFlexX Woodpecker surface screening patterns such as Woodpecker Sharp and Nano.
