The Flush Mount Pressure Transmitter can be deployed in a number of hazardous areas and is available in ranges from 0-1 to 0-100 psig. The ability to mount flush minimises the chance of clogging, and the insertion design makes changing out the transmitter simple and quick.
The Global Flush Mount Multifunction Pressure Sensor market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
CPE 310-S / CPE 311-S, Flush-mount multifunction pressure transmitter. Class 310 transmitters include a temperature compensation system ranging from 0 to 50 °C as well as a self-calibration system to ensure excellent long-term stability and measurement accuracy.
Principle of self-calibration: the transmitter's microprocessor drives a solenoid valve, which compensates for any long-term drifts of the sensitive element. The compensation is achieved through regular zero adjustment. The differential pressure is then measured regardless of the transmitter's environmental conditions.
The CPE310-S and CPE 311-S transmitters have two pressure connections that can be adjusted on the front face and two pressure connections on the back. This technique enables the differential pressure connections to be set up with a set of plugs when installing the transmitter (supplied with the transmitter).
By using this approach, the sensitive component (located on the pressure transmitter's front face) can be accessed after the back pressure connections have been isolated.
By coupling the transmitter to a pressure generator and a calibration bench, this solution enables calibration without disassembling the transmitter. It is quicker and simpler to calibrate.
