H2S Sensors Market
INTRODUCTION
A gas sensor for measuring hydrogen sulphide is called a hydrogen sulphide sensor (H2S sensor). The H2S sensor is a metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) sensor that detects hydrogen sulphide by changing resistance reversibly as hydrogen sulphide adsorbs and desorbs in a film containing gold thin films and tin oxide thick films as hydrogen sulfide-sensitive materials. One minute’s worth of current response time is 25 ppb to 10 ppm. Because hydrogen sulphide is harmful and corrosive, this sort of sensor has been constantly being developed.
H2S Sensors Market Size And Forecast
The Global H2S Sensors market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
H2S SENSORS MARKET NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
H2S gas detection transmitters were launched by Oleum Tech. The new H2S Transmitters were created to enable continuous air quality monitoring and to trigger alarms when H2S levels surpass user-configurable setpoints, making them the perfect option for industrial markets where H2S is present.
Whether in wireless or hardwired mode, the Oleum Tech H2S Transmitters provide an H2S measuring range of 0 to 100 ppm with a resolution of 0.1 ppm.
A field replaceable sensor module is built inside the transmitter, which is also fitted with a steel mesh filter and a sturdy 316 stainless steel enclosure. To lessen the entry of dirt and water, a Dust/Splash Guard is also included.
Users can set a custom level between the range and the 0 ppm using a 2-point calibration. Two programmable alarm setpoints, commonly for high and high-high, are provided by the H2S Transmitters.
Two solid state relay outputs are included as standard in the hardwired RS485 Modbus version but are not included in the wireless version. Using a single external button, users can easily acknowledge alarms and conduct bump tests.
Access to the menu system is quick and simple thanks to the local LCD display. While the RS485 Modbus version may be smoothly incorporated into any SCADA system, the wireless version can be deployed instantaneously into any of our OTC Sensor Networks throughout the world.
The WT-H2S and WT-H2S-A wireless variants are powered by a removable battery pack, while the HW-H2S hardwired option is powered by a 9–30 Vdc supply.
