The HV100 modules from Mitsubishi have a 600A current rating. The module is 100 x 140 x 40 mm. It can manage high-power inverter systems thanks to its 3.3 KV collector-emitter voltage and 10 KVrms isolation voltage.

 

These most recent IGBT modules, which belong to the seventh generation, have a power density of 8.57 A/cm2. The modules can be connected in parallel easily to create a variety of circuit designs. The lifespan of the thermal cycle is increased by an integrated isolating plate and heat sink.
