The Hybrid Immersion Liquid Cooling method was created by OVHcloud. It consists of a passive natural single phase immersion cooling system with two fluids and a direct-to-chip water cooling system.

 

It includes a brand-new, three-floor server rack design in the shape of a library that can hold up to 48 servers (1U) or 24 servers (2U) in the form of books. It is possible to deploy servers on a vast scale since each one is submerged in its own tank for independent cooling.

 

Every server also benefits from a unique monitoring system that keeps track of all environmental variables and ensures secure server operation.

 

Recently, a line of servers for single-phase liquid immersion cooling was introduced by GIGABYTE, a top manufacturer of high-performance servers and workstations. 

 

High thermal design power chips need a new, cutting-edge cooling solution because of the rise in the demand for high performance computing in data centres and the ongoing development of IT equipment process technology.

 

To satisfy these new specifications, Delta has developed two-phase immersion liquid cooling.

 

The total cost of ownership is reduced by the liquid immersion cooling system introduced by Fujitsu. The Fujitsu Liquid Immersion Cooling System is well suited for new use cases such as edge- computing infrastructures, particularly those that support machine learning and deep learning applications.

 

It is widely applicable not only in high performance computing centres, enterprise data centers, and cloud-based hyper-scale centres.
