The hydraulic crawler crane is a type of heavy-duty machine used to lift and move materials in industrial and construction settings.
It’s equipped with a long, telescopic boom that can be extended and retracted, as well as a powerful hydraulic system to provide the necessary lifting power. The crane is mounted on a crawler chassis, which allows it to move easily over rough terrain and handle heavy loads.
The operator is typically inside a cab with a control panel, which provides access to the crane’s various functions. The hydraulic crawler crane is especially useful in large construction sites, as it can lift and move heavy objects quickly and safely.
It’s also useful in marine and industrial applications, which require lifting and transportation of heavy objects in tight spaces.
Additionally, its ability to move easily makes it ideal for use in remote locations. The hydraulic crawler crane is a versatile and powerful machine that can be used to improve productivity and safety in many industrial and construction settings.
The Global Hydraulic Crawler Crane Market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
Kobelco Introduces New Models of Crawler Cranes in the G-3 Series, Increasing Operator Comfort and Safety. Three new Crawler Crane models, the G-3 series models, were developed by Kobelco and displayed at CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
These “Repowered” cranes combine transport, assembly, and operator-friendly concepts that were developed based on feedback from end-users and actual job site experiences.
The boom, car body, and trackside frame structures are additional features that are intended to make transportation easier. The cranes’ new cab and design improve operator comfort and safety.
The Isuzu Tier 4 compliant engine, renowned for its dependability, fuel efficiency, and quiet operation, has been redesigned for all G-3 Series models. The G-3 Series also has a new cab design that provides better visibility, among other new features.
New features like USB and Bluetooth are included in the cab. For a more fashionable appearance, the G-3 has also been updated with a new paint job. For the past 30 years, Kobelco has upheld all of the prior hydraulic systems, crane travel systems, and other parts that have helped the company earn a reputation as a dependable and “Operator Friendly” crane in North America.
Along with the previously mentioned value-added standard features, the G-3 Series also includes a large touch screen LMI, swing limiter, fuel-saving G-Modes, self-erection capabilities, KCROSS Telematics, and boom and jib compatibility with earlier models.
The new 150-ton SCX1500A-3 hydraulic crane from Hitachi Sumitomo Heavy Industries Construction Crane Company (HSC), which is being shown at Bauma, is said to have features that improve its performance, sustainability, mobility, and safety.
Claimed to be appropriate for applications in civil engineering, material handling, and construction, the SCX1500A-3 is made per Stage IIIB emission standards. Outfitted with a potent, state-of-the-art 210kW Isuzu engine, the 150tonne x 4.5m lift.
The new crawler crane has several improvements that improve its mobility. With its new transport width of 2.99 meters, the SCX1500A-3 is supposed to make transit simple and affordable.
To guarantee the crane’s dependable performance and supposedly exceptional mobility, the swing cab design has been modified to widen the boom foot. A live mast, quick draw, and self-removing counterweight have also helped to shorten the crane’s assembly and disassembly times.
On any job site, the SCX1500A-3 is said to be able to handle heavy lifting tasks with ease because of its new powerful winch design. With a new brake system and a line pull rated for 12 tons, the winch system has been enhanced.
