LEFORT launched a new product line for large hydraulic shears and balers. LEFORT is regarded as a pioneer in the design and production of hydraulic shears, balers, and shredders for the scrap metal recycling sector.

 

First, there are the small(er) machines, referred to as Mono blocks, which are constructed in a single piece, and second, there are the large machines, referred to as Multi blocks, which have a separate power supply. Cutting forces for the mono block hydraulic shears and balers range from 600 To 1000 T. Their working weight ranges from 45 to 100 tons. 

 

They all have wrap-around boxes (TS), which treat light scrap material quickly and effectively. Both an electric motor and a diesel engine are available for the mono block machines.

 

In order to improve performance and production, research and development have been concentrated on large machines. LEFORT is extremely pleased to launch its new KOLOSS product line, which consists of two families: KOLOSS TS with a wrap-around box and KOLOSS BL with a side compression box.

 

 The KOLOSS 1300 BL's modular design does offer versatility in terms of machine configuration. The hydraulic hopper, sorting table, shield extensions, and/or shield extensions with the cross member are simple additions that can be made to the base machine.
