Composite film is a product that has a polyimide (PI) sheet on one or both sides coated with a fluoropolymer resin, such as PTFE or FEP.
It is suitable for use in electronic components, semiconductor goods, and mould releasing films for the manufacturing of fuel cells because of its outstanding temperature resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and mould release qualities.
The Global Industrial composite film market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
Markforged Industrial Composite Series has been launched. The Industrial Composite Series is an expansion from the Mark X, much like how the Desktop Composite Range was created to supplement the Mark 2.
The Mark X has been renamed the X7, yet it still performs all of the Mark X’s functions. The X7, formerly known as the Mark X, is the premier model in the Industrial Composite Series.
It can print in nylon or onyx using fibres of carbon fibre, Kevlar, and high strength/high temperature fibreglass, so it can withstand whatever they throw at it.The X7 has more than just more materials yet being no larger or heavier than the X5.
It has In Process Inspection, a laser scanning technology that keeps an eye on the print while it is being printed and delivers feedback directly into the Eiger software in real time. Lower wastage results from the ability to identify any print faults far earlier.
The Industrial Composite Series is also currently underway with Markforged’s Success Plan in place, as usual. Subscribers receive priority technical assistance in the event that a problem arises with their Markforged printer.
Packages of one or three years are offered. Their services include both wear and tear and unintentional damage, and Markforged Certified experts will install any replacement parts on the spot.
