The structure is a third single-tenant facility on the Tamboré Campus in Barueri city and is dedicated to a single Hyperscale customer.

 

It also has a reserved capacity of 100MW that will be dispersed among the complex's other data centers. The biggest vertical data center in the Latin American market, SGRUTB04 by Scala, is also situated there. SGRUTB05 is meters tall, has five floors, three of which are devoted to data halls, and has a combined high density. Its total built space is thousands of square meters.

 

The site was implemented using the One Scala Template methodology created by Scala's Center of Excellence in Engineering (CoE), a group of more than a hundred engineers, architects, and other specialists in charge of verticalizing the entire chain of design, project, construction, and commissioning of new data centers to satisfy the needs of the Hyperscale market. The SGRUTB05 is built to function with a PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and is solely fueled by certified renewable energy. Scala's new data center has a WUE (Water Usage Effectiveness) equivalent of 0 because it is air-cooled and does not consume water in this process, indicating that its operation has no negative effects on water resources.
